As a director I am a doorman to the story.  I open the entrance and let the audience in, to come home, to learn, and empower their humanity through the thesis and meditations of the events happening in the performance media.  I mold the story into a being that has ability to mirror our own experience, and teach us how to enliven our higher self to exist as actualized, wise, and productive, while unpacking and, also creating metaphors of art disguised as life, to nourish an audience for growth, balm, and the operation of agency. The Performing, Visual, Literature, and Musical Arts have a distinct capacity to preserve, and maintain, but also the opportunity to extricate and reform humanity; as a director, I must guide and illuminate that vigor.
